Paola Amar

French Olympic Youth Team

Paola Amar discovered sailing relatively late, at the age of 13 in Cannes, but her passion for the sport immediately took hold. Determined, she progressed quickly and sailed on various classes before reaching the highest level by joining the Olympic 470 class.

Aware of the demands of high-level sport, she chose to study law, a path that allowed her to balance her studies with her sporting ambitions while sailing as much as possible. Now a graduate, she is fully dedicated to her ultimate goal: competing in the Olympic Games.

In this pursuit of excellence, Paola Amar joins Sailing Génération, alongside Jean-Baptiste Bernaz and Jérémie Mion. She works within the inshore sailing division, where she continues to refine her skills and push her limits.
